We will do our best to process cancelled orders that are submitted within 1 hour of the purchase. We do not guarantee the order will be cancelled if received within this timeframe as we are a small business and do not have 24 hour customer service monitoring. All other cancellation requests outside of this timeframe will be reviewed by our team, but we do not guarantee we will be able to honor your request.
